How many participants can participate in a Fab Fun Wheels Glam Parties event?

We can accommodate up to 15 participants inside the Glamour Lounge. There is also an outdoor “Fabulous Diva Stage” and outdoor covered dance and gaming area. Many parties are run with two or three stations to accommodate even more guests.

How much space is required to park the Glamour Lounge?

Our Glam Lounge and tow vehicle utilize 45-50 feet of space. This averages out to about 4-5 car lengths. Please be sure to leave enough room in front of your location for our driver to easily maneuver and park the Glam Lounge. . We like to arrive 15 minutes before the party start time to set up. If there is a time delay on parking issues (like moving cars to clear space) it will affect the length of your party time. We do not unhook our trailer at anytime to fit into a smaller space due to insurance requirements. We will call you in route if there are any issues with traffic.

Do you need to plug into a power source in order for the Glamour Lounge to work?

Our Glam Lounge has self- contained generators. These generators afford us the opportunity to host an event almost anywhere.

Can the participants eat or drink in the Glamour Lounge?

No food or drinks are allowed in the Glam Lounge.

How is hair styled and make-up applied while at the same time meeting sanitary conditions?

All combs and brushes are sanitized using professional grade sanitary cleaners. Make-up is always applied using single use disposable applicators

Does an adult need to supervise the party?

We love when parents watch or participate in the party, but in most cases the answer is no. YOU DO NOT need to supervise the party. The Glam Squad are highly trained at running all of the events. Their entire goal is to keep everyone safe and having a great time.

Is it a requirement to tip the Glamour Squad?

Tipping is never required. Tipping is however, always appreciated by the Glam Squad, especially if you feel they’ve done a great job taking care of your guests.

What is the policy if it rains the day of your event?

The Glam Lounge is a fully enclosed, climate-controlled environment. There is no need to cancel because of rain. We have a huge awning on the outside of the Glam Lounge as well. Don’t worry about weather… we will be there.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to an event will not incur any cancellation charge.
Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to an event will incur a 50% non-refundable cancellation charge.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to an event will incur a non-refundable cancellation charge equal to the amount of full event.. We understand that severe weather like snowstorms, tornados happen. We are parents too, and understand that sometimes an event needs to be rescheduled to a different date due to these circumstances. In this case, we will work with you to reschedule the event to a date that will work well for both of us.

Where can the Glamour Lounge be setup for my event?

The Glamour Lounge is climate controlled and runs on its own power source. We can setup just about anywhere. We can setup at your home, school, business, public park, church, community center, sports field, parking lot…anywhere there is relatively level parking.
